Privacy Policy

• Account information from Clerk, such as your email address, user ID, and sign-in provider.
• Runner profile information you save, including display name, gender, UTMB profile URI, ITRA runner ID, and optional intervals.icu athlete ID.
• Prediction data, including selected races, generated prediction results, progress status, start-list attachments, and model notes.
• Public race and runner data fetched from sources such as UTMB, ITRA, LiveTrail, Wiclax, mychip, raceresult, and other timing providers.
• Optional intervals.icu API credentials and derived training summaries when you connect intervals.icu. API credentials are stored encrypted.
• Operational data from hosting and authentication providers, such as logs, IP-derived request metadata, cookies, and device/browser information needed to keep the app working.

• Authenticate users and protect private app areas.
• Create, refresh, and display race predictions.
• Match runner profiles to public race results and start lists.
• Compute optional fitness context from intervals.icu when you connect it.
• Debug errors, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.
• Respond to emails and support requests.

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers that run the product, including authentication, hosting, database, email, analytics/logging, and payment providers when those features are used.

Public prediction pages are only public when you use or share a public prediction link. Public runner and race data may already be available from the original timing or ranking providers.

The Odds relies on third-party services including Clerk, Vercel, Turso, UTMB, ITRA, intervals.icu, and race timing providers. Their own privacy policies apply when they process your data or when you connect accounts with them.

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, session security, profile switching, and normal application behavior. Clerk sets and manages authentication cookies.

We keep account, profile, prediction, and related operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, and protect the app. You can delete profiles and predictions from the app where those controls are available. To request account or data deletion, email hello@theodds.run.

We use reasonable technical measures, including encryption for stored intervals.icu API keys. No internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

The Odds may process data through providers in different countries. By using the app, you understand that data may be processed where our service providers operate.

We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
