Terms of Service

The Odds creates trail-race finish predictions from public race data, public runner profiles, historical race results, start lists, and optional fitness data you connect.

Predictions are estimates. They are not guarantees, coaching advice, medical advice, safety advice, or financial advice. Trail running can involve serious risk. You are responsible for your own training, pacing, race decisions, and safety.

You may need an account to save profiles, create predictions, or use private app features. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in methods secure.

You are responsible for the information you enter and for ensuring you have permission to connect or use any third-party account, profile, or API key. If you connect intervals.icu, you allow The Odds to fetch and process training data for prediction and fitness context.

Public race results and public runner profiles remain subject to the source provider's own terms and availability.

• Do not misuse the app, scrape it aggressively, or disrupt it.
• Do not try to access accounts, data, or admin areas you do not own.
• Do not use the app to harass, profile, or target other people.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or malicious content.

Some features may be paid. Prices, included features, and access periods are shown at the time of purchase. Unless we state otherwise, payments are handled by a third-party payment provider and may be subject to that provider's terms.

The Odds depends on services such as Clerk, Vercel, Turso, UTMB, ITRA, intervals.icu, and race timing providers. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, errors, pricing, or data availability.

The Odds, the site design, and the prediction system are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where allowed by law. You keep ownership of information you provide, but grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the app.

The app is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Odds and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to race decisions, training decisions, third-party data, or service interruptions.

We may change the app or these terms as the product evolves. We may suspend or terminate access if someone misuses the app or creates risk for the service or other users.
